Italian CHicken

Rinse the chicken.  With a toothpick puncture chicken thighs many times, this allows the marinade to permeate the chicken and also makes it more tender.  Place chicken in a very large Ziploc bag, adding the contents of the bottle of Italian dressing, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasonings.  Shake the chicken around in the bag vigorously to mix the ingredients thoroughly and place bag in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.  Periodically pull the bag out and move the pieces around in the marinade to ensure even marinade coverage.

Place chicken thighs on grill (discarding bag) and turn frequently to ensure even cooking.  When chicken has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit in the thickest parts, remove and let rest 5 minutes.
