Corned Beef and Cabbage Sliders

Rub corned beef with yellow mustard and brown sugar (and any other spices you like).   Place on indirect heat until interior reaches at least 145 degrees.  Can cook up to 185 degrees.  Pull off grill and let rest.  Prepare the coleslaw and add black pepper and half of the sauerkraut or cabbage to  coleslaw.  Slice corned beef and top off with a scoop of coleslaw mix on a slider bun.
