Ingredients:
Golden Curry brand Medium Hot Japanese Curry Mix 7.8 oz (one full package)
1.5 cups chicken bone broth
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon brand Organic Roasted Chicken Base
7 or 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Directions:
Create Marinade-Add ingredients above except for chicken in a pot and warm on the stove top. You may need crush the Japanese curry cubes "mortar and pestle" style to get them to dissolve into the marinade.
Marinate the Chicken- Put the chicken into a container and add the marinade. Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours frequently moving the chicken pieces to guarantee complete marination.
Grill It Up! Put the chicken on the grill, adding the marinade as a coating and grill as you normally would chicken.Â
