Ingredients:
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
Frank Buffalo Wing Sauce
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
¼ lb pancetta
1 roll of tin foil
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts thin and douse in franks buffalo wing sauce. Cover one side with blue cheese and pancetta and roll chicken breast up with blue cheese and pancetta side on inside. Put a little more blue cheese, pancetta and wing sauce on top and the wrap in tin foil and place on hot grill rotating meat every 4 minutes.
